This was my first time ordering bread from Telford Sourdough. I have to be very honest, the bread arrived still warm, the smell was so inviting I couldn’t wait to try a slice. The bread was beautiful made. The outside was crisp and covered in seeds. Even though it was still warm from the oven the bread cut perfectly, the texture was gorgeous. I spread some butter on a slice and it spread lovely, starting to melt into the slice. The taste from my first bite sold me. It is everything and more you could ever wish for from a sourdough loaf. I have never tasted a loaf better than this one. Ana you are a true master in the art of baking sourdough bread and I will only be buying my sourdough bread from you now on. I highly recommend anyone who loves freshly made Sourdough bread to buy from Telford Sourdough, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
